6. Tenants Information

We have a large number of properties on our books, ranging from studio apartments to four bedroom houses. Many of these properties are new and modern, close to the City Centre and with easy access to motorways, Metrolink and bus services.

New properties become available each week. If you cannot see a property that meets your requirements on our website, please fill in details of your requirements on the “Contact Us” page and we will add you to our mailing list, alerting you of new properties as they come on.

Once you have viewed the property and would like to apply then complete an application form and return to our office with the administration fee and deposit along with the following documentation:

Passport/Driving license
National Id Card
3 recent Bank Statements
3 recent wage slips
Utility/Council tax bill
Contract of employment

A copy of the above documents will be taken at the office and kept on record

Once we have received satisfactory references then we shall arrange a move in date.

Please note: If you are paying by cheque, we will have to wait for the money to clear in our account before we draw up the tenancy agreement and release keys.
