When a representative from North Estates visits you to value your property they will make sure your property is marketed at a competitive price, which means they will not over value your property just to gain your business as this will only be wasting your time. We will provide an honest valuation and will guide you on how to make your property more attractive to the potential buyer.

On receipt of your instruction to market your property we will send a member of staff to take internal and external pictures as well as take an in depth description of your property, giving potential buyers enough information to determine whether to make a viewing.

All viewings are accompanied by a member of staff to make sure property is viewed to its full potential.

As all sales are dealt with from our Blackley office this will be your main contact if you have and problems or questions.

As we are sure you are aware you now need a Home Information Pack to sell your property. North Estates can organize to set up your HIP. The cost of this will be

Freehold Property: £295.00gbp
Leasehold Property: £320.00gbp

Home Information Packs
If you would prefer a deferred payment the first payment will be 10%, so either £32..00gbp or £29.50gbp. The rest then becomes due once the property is sold, or you take your property off the market. If using a deferred payment there will be an extra cost of £44.50gbp payable on sale or withdrawal of the property.

Please be aware if you use a deferred payment method then take your property off the market you will still be liable for the full charge of the HIP.
