Safety

If accordance with current legislations your property requires the following prior to letting the property:

  1. Landlords Gas Safety Check
  2. Electrical wiring certificate
  3. Any electrical items left must be Portable Appliance Tested (PAT)
  4. Energy Performance Certficate (EPC)
  5. As per the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1993 Act All soft furnishings in furnished or partially furnished properties must comply with fire resistance requirements which came into force in 1988.
  6. The property has a minimum of two working smoke alarms
