North Estates Ltd provide a full management service or a let only service

We are happy to manage portfolios of all sizes and provide the same quality service to investors with one property as we do to investors with numerous properties. Our tenants come from a range of backgrounds and cultures and enjoy living in good quality housing that is well managed and it is our aim to ensure the highest standards are met at all times.

North Estates Ltd are a member of The National Approved Letting Scheme, a Government backed accreditation scheme which offers peace of mind to landlords and tenants through the knowledge that the firm they are dealing with offers clearly defined levels of customer service. As part of the Housing Act 2004, it requires Landlords and Letting Agents to register details of the start and end of all Assured Shorthold Tenancies on which they take a deposit. We would advertise your property extensively including weekly adverts in local papers and advertised on numerous websites including www.rightmove.co.uk. We have a modern office located in the heart of the Northern Quarter, Manchester City Centre, which has a window display, where your property will also be advertised. As well as all of the above we will also arrange roadside signage outside of the property.

All viewings are accompanied by a trained member of staff to ensure that your property is viewed to its full potential.

A colour photographic inventory is provided to assist against any disputes which may arise at the end of the tenancy.

As part of the full management and let only agreement we would vet all potential tenants using credit checks, references and an employment check. Once these are received satisfactorily we would draw up the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and issue the appropriate notices.
